I will ship at the buyers expense.  I have not done it before, but the buyer will be responsible for all associated expenses related to shipping - carrier cost, veterinary fees, gas for running around to get the necessary paperwork, etc (not sure what else is required). 

I will be as honest as I possibly can be about my bunnies.  I will make you aware of any problems, such as health or behavioral, with the bunny before you buy.  I will guarantee that every bunny leaving my possession will be healthy and happy, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon by the buyer in writing.

I can drive a short distance to meet you - cost of gas will be added to the cost of the bunny.  If you want to pick up the bunny, I will meet at a public location off of I-40 exit 226, east of Nashville (at no charge).  Due to health/safety reasons, I do not allow visitors to my rabbitry.  I will be happy to meet at any show that I am attending, there will be no additional charge for this arrangement.

If it will be more than 2 weeks that I will be holding the rabbit, I will require a 50% deposit to hold the bunny.  If I cancel the sale, I will return your money immediately.  If you cancel the sale, the deposit is non-refundable.  I can accept a Paypal payment, however any fees will be added to the cost of the bunny.  I do not accept personal checks.

As I have said, I consider all of my bunnies as pets.  I do not want any to go to a bad situation.  No bait, no pit bull/fighting/hunting dog training, no snake food.  I am ok with them going for meat as long as they are killed humanely.  If you are purchasing a pet, please understand that this will be a lifelong commitment to the bunny.  They need food, clean water, and clean shelter at the bare minumum.  Bunnies are great pets and can even be litter trained.  Many people keep them in their house!  They are very affectionate and most have great personalities! 

I will not knowingly sell a biting bunny for a pet.  However, if the bunny starts biting or other bad behavior after it is sold, please understand that it is out of my control once the bunny leaves my possession.  I have no way of knowing for sure what caused the bunny to start bad behavior.  I will help with suggestions such as behavior modification, at the owners own risk.  If you feel unable to continue care for the bunny, we can arrange to return the bunny to me - no refund of money will be given and as long as the bunny has not been around other rabbits.  Please understand, that once a bunny is returned to my possession, I resume ownership rights and can make no promises for the bunny's future.

 I will guarrantee the health of the bunny for one week.  I strongly recommend you take your new bunny to a veterinarian as soon as possible after purchase, at your expense.  I would also recommend that if you have other bunnies, that you keep any new bunnies separate for at least a week.
